THE EU COMMISSION ENDS FAIRYTALE OF A UNITED EUROPEAN DEMOCRACY

22nd of November, Feast of St. Cecilia

Even prior to this date, democracy within the context of the ‘European Union’ was already a falsehood, considering that governments elected by their citizens could not implement any parliamentary decisions if not permitted by the so-called ‘vincolo esterno’ or ‘Collective External Constraint’, NATO, the 2030 Agenda, the WHO (as well as other entities which remain unidentifiable and unknown to the ordinary Italian citizen), the WMF, the World Bank, the WEF . . . And now, Madam Von der Leyen has decided to place an end to this childish fiction of a shared European Democracy, centering all powers around herself.

Whilst the corporate media concentrates upon those disasters committed by the so-called Patriarchy . . .Baroness Ursula Von der Leyen, head of the EU Comission, has presented a Report on the Modification of the Istitutional treaties of the European Commission.

This report was approved the 25th of October 2023. In this treaty, there are some radical modifications to the regulations of the European Community, which are extremely important:

Firstly, the European Commission has drafted a report which profoundly changes the European Union Treaty. The member of European Parlaiment Jacek Saryusz-Wolski has clearly denounced that such a report is a clear coup d’etat considering that: https://youtu.be/eyrwk7mGluA?si=5bVwXWtrg72ggdg5

The European Commission will centralize all executive power around itself, changing its name to European Executive, and Member States will completely lose their sovereignty.

By means of bridging clauses, the President of the European Commission, together with the European Commission (with those members in senior executive positions belonging to Member States who may be considered to be ‘on the correct path’) – and here we pause to reflect upon Von der leyen’s warning to Giorgia Meloni’s newly elected government – will not only be the exclusive members who may legislate: they will have possible areas (Heath, Environment, Climate, etc) in which they may act directly upon Member States at a super – national level.

Such modifications were not approved by the EU Parliament (those representative elected by Member States representing their States in Bruxelles). This treaty was approved on the 25th of October by AFCO, the EU’s Committee on Constitutional Affairs; a permanent entity composed of 28 nominated members (by whom or in which manner noone knows, although certainly by the approval of the European Commission). For example: Antonio Pisapia (PD, but formerly radical left-wing) is representing Italy, yet he has absolutely nothing to do with the recently elected Italian government.

There is no existing European Constitution, therefore it is extremely unusual that we have a European Commission with such responsibilities.

With this approval, a transnational military will be instituted, which will respond directly and exclusively to the European Commission, or rather: the European Executive.

Today, the 22nd of November, is the day that the plenary sitting of the EU Parliament will vote to formally transform the European Statute. From that moment, the European Commission governing the EU will enter into a state of interdependance wtih a permanent juridical commission, capable of autonomous decision-making and with unlimited powers, and with a private military at its fingertips. In other words, it will have become an organism concentrating within itself all legislative power, (as head of government), all juridical power (in as much as it determines the nomination of those commission members to the highest positions of juridical standing), as well as both executive and military powers.

“The seperation of the three powers is one of the fundamental juridical principles of the Democratic Rule of Law. Its existance strives to garantee respect for legality, as well as to abolish potential democratic distortions caused by the abuse of power and the phenomena of corruption.” C.L. Montesquieu. Therefore, the centering of these three powers in the hands of the European Commission would lead Italy to be at the mercy – from every perspective – of an oligarchical-totalitarian entity, armed with its own miltary. This is conditioned by the fact that the EU Commission may not be deligitimized or disempowered by the EU parliament (see: the von Der Leyen/Pfizer debacle).

It is interesting to consider that – based upon this recent report – the EU Commission, with a military reponding exclusively to itself, could even enter into military action in the name of all of Europe (with no possibility of appeal on the part of the EU parliament or the newly introduced ‘direct participation’) against any entity it chooses, external or within its own borders, at any moment. It may also (citing the treaty) enter into action in other crucial sectors such as Health, Industry, Justice, The single European Market. . . .

In other words, it seems to be a cut – and – paste modern version of scenarios we witnessed just a century ago.
