It is not unreasonable to conclude that surgical and cloth masks, used as they currently are being used (without other forms of PPE protection), have no impact on controlling the transmission of Covid-19 virus. Current evidence implies that face masks can be actually harmful. The body of evidence indicates that face masks are largely ineffective. 

My focus is on COVID face masks and the prevailing science that we have had for nearly 20 months. Yet I wish to address this mask topic at a 50,000-foot level on the lockdown restrictive policies in general. I build on the backs of the fine work done by Gupta, Kulldorff, and Bhattacharya on the Great Barrington Declaration (GBD) and similar impetus by Dr. Scott Atlas (advisor to POTUS Trump) who, like myself, was a strong proponent for a focused type of protection that was based on an age-risk stratified approach. 

Because we saw very early on that the lockdowns were the single greatest mistake in public health history. We knew the history and knew they would not work. We also knew very early of COVID’s risk stratification. Sadly, our children will bear the catastrophic consequences and not just educationally, of the deeply flawed school closure policy for decades to come (particularly our minority children who were least able to afford this). Many are still pressured to wear masks and punished for not doing so.

I present the masking ‘body of evidence’ below (n=167 studies and pieces of evidence), comprised of comparative effectiveness research as well as related evidence and high-level reporting. To date, the evidence has been stable and clear that masks do not work to control the virus and they can be harmful and especially to children.

The between-group difference was −0.3 percentage point (95% CI, −1.2 to 0.4 percentage point; P = 0.38) (odds ratio, 0.82 [CI, 0.54 to 1.23]; P = 0.33). Multiple imputation accounting for loss to follow-up yielded similar results…the recommendation to wear surgical masks to supplement other public health measures did not reduce the SARS-CoV-2 infection rate among wearers by more than 50% in a community with modest infection rates, some degree of social distancing, and uncommon general mask use.”
2) SARS-CoV-2 Transmission among Marine Recruits during Quarantine, Letizia, 2020	“Our study showed that in a group of predominantly young male military recruits, approximately 2% became positive for SARS-CoV-2, as determined by qPCR assay, during a 2-week, strictly enforced quarantine. Multiple, independent virus strain transmission clusters were identified…all recruits wore double-layered cloth masks at all times indoors and outdoors.”
3) Physical interventions to interrupt or reduce the spread of respiratory viruses, Jefferson, 2020	“There is low certainty evidence from nine trials (3507 participants) that wearing a mask may make little or no difference to the outcome of influenza‐like illness (ILI) compared to not wearing a mask (risk ratio (RR) 0.99, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.82 to 1.18. There is moderate certainty evidence that wearing a mask probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of laboratory‐confirmed influenza compared to not wearing a mask (RR 0.91, 95% CI 0.66 to 1.26; 6 trials; 3005 participants)…the pooled results of randomised trials did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks during seasonal influenza.”
4) The Impact of Community Masking on COVID-19: A Cluster-Randomized Trial in Bangladesh, Abaluck, 2021 Heneghan et al.	A cluster-randomized trial of community-level mask promotion in rural Bangladesh from November 2020 to April 2021 (N=600 villages, N=342,126 adults. Heneghan writes: “In a Bangladesh study, surgical masks reduced symptomatic COVID infections by between 0 and 22 percent, while the efficacy of cloth masks led to somewhere between an 11 percent increase to a 21 percent decrease. Hence, based on these randomized studies, adult masks appear to have either no or limited efficacy.”
5) Evidence for Community Cloth Face Masking to Limit the Spread of SARS-CoV-2: A Critical Review, Liu/CATO, 2021	“The available clinical evidence of facemask efficacy is of low quality and the best available clinical evidence has mostly failed to show efficacy, with fourteen of sixteen identified randomized controlled trials comparing face masks to no mask controls failing to find statistically significant benefit in the intent-to-treat populations. Of sixteen quantitative meta-analyses, eight were equivocal or critical as to whether evidence supports a public recommendation of masks, and the remaining eight supported a public mask intervention on limited evidence primarily on the basis of the precautionary principle.”
6) Nonpharmaceutical Measures for Pandemic Influenza in Nonhealthcare Settings—Personal Protective and Environmental Measures, CDC/Xiao, 2020	“Evidence from 14 randomized controlled trials of these measures did not support a substantial effect on transmission of laboratory-confirmed influenza…none of the household studies reported a significant reduction in secondary laboratory-confirmed influenza virus infections in the face mask group…the overall reduction in ILI or laboratory-confirmed influenza cases in the face mask group was not significant in either studies.”
7) CIDRAP: Masks-for-all for COVID-19 not based on sound data, Brosseau, 2020	“We agree that the data supporting the effectiveness of a cloth mask or face covering are very limited. We do, however, have data from laboratory studies that indicate cloth masks or face coverings offer very low filter collection efficiency for the smaller inhalable particles we believe are largely responsible for transmission, particularly from pre- or asymptomatic individuals who are not coughing or sneezing…though we support mask wearing by the general public, we continue to conclude that cloth masks and face coverings are likely to have limited impact on lowering COVID-19 transmission, because they have minimal ability to prevent the emission of small particles, offer limited personal protection with respect to small particle inhalation, and should not be recommended as a replacement for physical distancing or reducing time in enclosed spaces with many potentially infectious people.”
8) Universal Masking in Hospitals in the Covid-19 Era, Klompas/NEJM, 2020	“We know that wearing a mask outside health care facilities offers little, if any, protection from infection. Public health authorities define a significant exposure to Covid-19 as face-to-face contact within 6 feet with a patient with symptomatic Covid-19 that is sustained for at least a few minutes (and some say more than 10 minutes or even 30 minutes). The chance of catching Covid-19 from a passing interaction in a public space is therefore minimal. In many cases, the desire for widespread masking is a reflexive reaction to anxiety over the pandemic…The calculus may be different, however, in health care settings. First and foremost, a mask is a core component of the personal protective equipment (PPE) clinicians need when caring for symptomatic patients with respiratory viral infections, in conjunction with gown, gloves, and eye protection…universal masking alone is not a panacea. A mask will not protect providers caring for a patient with active Covid-19 if it’s not accompanied by meticulous hand hygiene, eye protection, gloves, and a gown. A mask alone will not prevent health care workers with early Covid-19 from contaminating their hands and spreading the virus to patients and colleagues. Focusing on universal masking alone may, paradoxically, lead to more transmission of Covid-19 if it diverts attention from implementing more fundamental infection-control measures.”
9) Masks for prevention of viral respiratory infections among health care workers and the public: PEER umbrella systematic review, Dugré, 2020	“This systematic review found limited evidence that the use of masks might reduce the risk of viral respiratory infections. In the community setting, a possible reduced risk of influenza-like illness was found among mask users. In health care workers, the results show no difference between N95 masks and surgical masks on the risk of confirmed influenza or other confirmed viral respiratory infections, although possible benefits from N95 masks were found for preventing influenza-like illness or other clinical respiratory infections. Surgical masks might be superior to cloth masks but data are limited to 1 trial.”
10) Effectiveness of personal protective measures in reducing pandemic influenza transmission: A systematic review and meta-analysis, Saunders-Hastings, 2017	“Facemask use provided a non-significant protective effect (OR = 0.53; 95% CI 0.16–1.71; I2 = 48%) against 2009 pandemic influenza infection.”
11) Experimental investigation of indoor aerosol dispersion and accumulation in the context of COVID-19: Effects of masks and ventilation, Shah, 2021	“Nevertheless, high-efficiency masks, such as the KN95, still offer substantially higher apparent filtration efficiencies (60% and 46% for R95 and KN95 masks, respectively) than the more commonly used cloth (10%) and surgical masks (12%), and therefore are still the recommended choice in mitigating airborne disease transmission indoors.”
12) Exercise with facemask; Are we handling a devil’s sword?- A physiological hypothesis, Chandrasekaran, 2020	“Exercising with facemasks may reduce available Oxygen and increase air trapping preventing substantial carbon dioxide exchange. The hypercapnic hypoxia may potentially increase acidic environment, cardiac overload, anaerobic metabolism and renal overload, which may substantially aggravate the underlying pathology of established chronic diseases. Further contrary to the earlier thought, no evidence exists to claim the facemasks during exercise offer additional protection from the droplet transfer of the virus.”
13) Surgical face masks in modern operating rooms–a costly and unnecessary ritual?, Mitchell, 1991	“Following the commissioning of a new suite of operating rooms air movement studies showed a flow of air away from the operating table towards the periphery of the room. Oral microbial flora dispersed by unmasked male and female volunteers standing one metre from the table failed to contaminate exposed settle plates placed on the table. The wearing of face masks by non-scrubbed staff working in an operating room with forced ventilation seems to be unnecessary.”
14) Facemask against viral respiratory infections among Hajj pilgrims: A challenging cluster-randomized trial, Alfelali, 2020	“By intention-to-treat analysis, facemask use did not seem to be effective against laboratory-confirmed viral respiratory infections (odds ratio [OR], 1.4; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.9 to 2.1, p = 0.18) nor against clinical respiratory infection (OR, 1.1; 95% CI, 0.9 to 1.4, p = 0.40).”

50) A cluster randomised trial of cloth masks compared with medical masks in healthcare workers, MacIntyre, 2015	“First RCT of cloth masks, and the results caution against the use of cloth masks. This is an important finding to inform occupational health and safety. Moisture retention, reuse of cloth masks and poor filtration may result in increased risk of infection…the rates of all infection outcomes were highest in the cloth mask arm, with the rate of ILI statistically significantly higher in the cloth mask arm (relative risk (RR)=13.00, 95% CI 1.69 to 100.07) compared with the medical mask arm. 52) An outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant (B.1.617.2) in a secondary care hospital in Finland, May 2021, Hetemäki, 2021	Reporting on a nosocomial hospital outbreak in Finland, Hetemäli et al. observed that “both symptomatic and asymptomatic infections were found among vaccinated health care workers, and secondary transmission occurred from those with symptomatic infections despite use of personal protective equipment.”
53) Nosocomial outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant in a highly vaccinated population, Israel, July 2021, Shitrit, 2021	In a hospital outbreak investigation in Israel, Shitrit et al. observed “high transmissibility of the SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant among twice vaccinated and masked individuals.” They added that “this suggests some waning of immunity, albeit still providing protection for individuals without comorbidities.” Again, despite use of personal protective equipment.

When that paper finally squeaked into print, they spent more months trying desperately to poke holes in it. You could feel their boundless relief when the Bangladesh study finally appeared to save them in early September. Every last Twitter blue-check could now proclaim that Science Shows Masks Work. Such was their hunger for any scrap of evidence to prop up their prior convictions, that none of them noticed the sad nature of the Science in question. Verdict: Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all accounts, which is excellent news for all patriots and law-abiding Americans, and a point of departure for a cohesive reflection upon Italy’s lack of laws providing safeguards for all law-abiding citizens who act in self-defense.

At the announcement of the verdict, Kyle Rittenhouse literally collapsed on the stand, overwhelmed by emotion: an act already denounced by the mainstream media as insincere, “white tears”, as well as by such racist, black race hustlers as Joy Reid and Lebron James (who decries racism in America, whilst playing obedient “Boy” to the Chinese Communist Party. Hope those Nike shoes made by an enslaved Uyghur child are comfortable, Lebron).

Let this verdict be a reminder that the Democrat media complex (In Italy, PD) lies constantly, consistently, and that they are in numerous cases the instigators of violence promoted through the promulgation of the false narratives which they are paid to transmit. Remember that the Kenosha riots began with a lie: that Jacob Blake (criminal, rapist, wife beater) was a case of an unarmed black man unjustly killed by the police. He was armed, and he is very much alive!

J.B’s ex-girlfriend ( because the black community tends to no longer marry, which is perhaps the root cause of criminality in the black population) called the police, JB resisted arrest and was wielding a knife and attempting to escape with the woman’s car and her children, at which point he was shot. The media treated this as a vicious, white supremacist murder( but JB is still living) of a black man, which lead to the inevitable BLM and antifa riots in Kenosha, defended by the media as “mostly peaceful”. Kyle Rittenhouse, who worked and had family in Kenosha, remained to protect private and public property and provide medical aide, at which point he was attacked by 3 people (all white), all of whom had a significant criminal record, some of whom were declared active members of Antifa, one of whom was a convicted child rapist. The media then declared that Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist and mass shooter. The media created the situation, it fomented the situation, created a wild fire and then fanned the flames. They lied to everyone, and continue to lie today.

If we go back to the end of August, 202O, we can create a compendium of the media lying repeatedly to the world about what occurred in Kenosha:

Msnbc : “a school shooter”, “a mass murderer”, “argueably a domestic terrorist”; Joy Reid, “vigilante” TYTLive: “deeply racist, went with weapons to a BLM protest and murdered a couple of people”, “Just running around, shooting and killing protesters” “radicalized by Trumpism”; “ a white, Trump- supporting, maga- loving, partisan, with intent to shoot people”.

Argueably, these so-called reporters are absolute garbage, and MSNBC should be destroyed, but it is kept functioning in order to promote government propaganda and SARscov 2 hysteria, like every single newspaper, radio and tv news broadcast in sanitary-fascist Italy.

Interesting that the mainstream media was able to view the same footage as President Donald Trump, who immediately made this public statement. “We’re looking at all of it. that was an interesting situation, you saw the same tape as I saw, and he was trying to get away from them, it looks like, and he fell, and they very violently attacked him, and it is something that we’re looking at right now, it’s under investigation, but I guess he was in very big trouble, he would have been . . . he probably would have been killed. It’s under investigation.” and yet they promoted their false narrative for more than a year.

How REFRESHING to listen to a President give a direct, HONEST and intelligent answer.

Even now, the media continues to lie. Even the Biden campaign lied about Kyle Rittenhouse: it was stated that what occurred in Kenosha was a righteous explosion of anger against white supremacy, and that Kyle Rittenhouse was therefore an evil embassary of the Trump campaign and white supremacy at large. Yes, a lie promulgated by JB’s campaign. Kamala Harris called up Jacob Blake, telling the alleged rapist that they were “proud of him”. Then Biden called up Jacob Blake and told him that nothing was going to defeat them. They used images of Kyle Rittenhouse is their campaign advertising, in which he is described as a white supremacist mass murderer. The media is responsible for this, but both the media and the Biden administration must accept the legal responsibility.

Once again, the media has been caught in their own lies, as it was in the case of the Covington Catholic School false narrative and the Bret Kavannaugh character assassination, and the Russian Collusion Hoax. But curiously, the stakes were higher for the Kyle Rittenhouse case, and the media was willing to perform this blood sacrifice of an innocent teenager in order to maintain their narrative, and they are STILL WILLING as they continue to lie.

The facts are out.

Whilst it was reasonable and justifiable to wait in the expectancy that the defence had some further evidence, then the footage came out, which provided a clear case for self -defence, and beggared the question as to why the case was ever filed and brought before a jury: motivation for a serious consideration of legal malpractice.

Then the prosection happened, and there was some expectancy that they might provide some further evidence with which no one was familiar, but it turned out that they knew nothing, had nothing, no evidence, and in fact, all of their witnesses were defence witnesses. And still the media could not stop lying. Kyle Rittenhouse HAD to be the face of evil, white supremacist Trumpism, and even after his acquittal today, the media continue to promulgate the lie, rewriting history in real time.

Do not allow them to do this! Let this trial be a microkosmic reflection of what is occurring consistently, throughout the world, in all institution media: they are lying about our countries, our economies, about Covid, about international relations. They will keep lying, in order to make their lie seem more valid. Here is the Yahoo! News description of the Rittenhouse case POST-AQUITAL: “Rittenhouse was seventeen when he carried an AR style, semi-automatic rifle on the streets of Kenosha, during a turbulent protest against racial injustice in the Summer of 2020, and opened fire on demostrators, killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, and seriously injuring Gaige Grosskreuz.” This is probably the least accurate media description TO DATE, after the trial, after drone footage, after witness testimony, after physical evidence!

The only accurate description of what occurred is this: Kyle Rittenhouse went to Kenosha in the middle of public riots to defend private property, he was accosted by a convicted child rapist and chased, he turned around at the sound a shot being fired, the child rapist lunged for his gun, Rittenhouse shot him ,then he was chased by a mob which was trying to kill him, and he shot two other people after he had fallen to the ground and was having his head bashed in and a gun pointed directly at him.

The White House just published a press release stating that the president had not followed the trial (sic!) but that he is “angry and concerned”. We wonder, is that because he and his administration slandered Kyle Rittenhouse numerous times and now fear the legal ramifications? That Rittenhouse might sue their pants off for defamation, as he well should?

Friends, get alternative news sources, and encourage friends and family to do the same. they lied about Rittenhouse, and they would happily do the same to you or to me. If you are an obstacle to their Marxist dystopian view, they will break you, they will destroy you. They would happily have sent a seventeen year old to prison for his entire life for an act of self- defence, and they are weeping today because Kyle Rittenhouse isn’t going to be spending his life behind bars for a crime he never committed.

 CNN decried the legal process in that the law is favourable to the defendant. The prosecution has to affirmatively disprove self -defence beyond a reasonable doubt. The law of self-defence is a key element of every legal regime in human history. If there is a legal regime, it includes the law of self-defence, which is the only law that mattered here. It is not that the law was not favourable to the defendant: the defendant didn’t commit a crime, and did not escape justice due to some technicality. He should never have been indicted in the first place, and only because the prosecutor is despicable, lying and incompetent was this ever brought to court. DA must be elected who are not on the bankrole of George Soros, whose objective is to have them indict the innocent and allow the criminals to roam free.

Il processo di Kyle Rittenhouse ha avuto inizio questa settimana, e noi abbiamo a cuore che voi riceviate informazioni reali, come dovrebbero essere riportate, e non le versioni distorte e false prodotte da CNN, MSNBC e dai notiziari italiani che riciclano le opinioni soggettive delle proprie controparti americane.

Gli eventi del 25 agosto 2020

Per comprendere più a fondo ciò che è accaduto a Kenosha il 25 agosto 2020, occorre andare a rivedere la successione di eventi che lo ha preceduto, che hanno causato due giorni di violenza e saccheggio, causate da gruppi di militanti cosiddette Black Lives Matter e “Antifa” scatenatisi attraverso la città, con danni ammontanti a circa 50 milioni di dollari.

Il 23 agosto la Polizia sparò a Jacob Blake, con precedenti per molestie sessuali e maltrattamenti in famiglia, mentre estraeva un coltello, dopo essersi rifiutato più volte di cooperare con gli agenti: i quali erano stati chiamati dalla sua ex fidanzata, poiché l’uomo si era rifiutato di restituirle le chiavi dell’auto presa a noleggio, minacciando di investirla – cosa che aveva già fatto in precedenza. Non fu ucciso, ma quanto i media riportarono dell’avvenimento fu il classico incitamento razziale che portò a immediate proteste condotte dal BLM e da Antifa. Si noti che le insurrezioni organizzate da questi due movimenti radicali, razzisti e marxisti, sponsorizzati nientemeno che da Kamala Harris, hanno causato in tutti gli USA danni ammontanti a circa 6 miliardi di dollari, e numerosi brutali omicidi.

Lunedì 24 agosto i manifestanti organizzarono una marcia per il licenziamento del poliziotto che aveva sparato a Jacob Blake, devastando il centro di Kenosha.

Il 25 agosto Kyle Rittenhouse, un ragazzo diciassettenne residente a Kenosha, stava dando una mano nel rimuovere le graffiti da un liceo locale devastato dai riot. Poco dopo fu intervistato e mostrò il suo kit di pronto soccorso, spiegando che lui e gli altri avrebbero prestato soccorso a chiunque fosse stato ferito.

Kyle disponeva di un fucile da caccia prestatogli da un amico, da usare se necessario per difendere una concessionaria che era stata quasi totalmente distrutta il giorno prima. Fu proprio la richiesta del proprietario della concessionaria a spingere Rittenhouse e i suoi compagni ad allontanarsi dalla scuola ed addentrarsi nell’ occhio del ciclone delle proteste.

Alcuni rivoltosi, tra cui Joseph Rosenbaum (con precedenti per pedofilia e molestie), stavano tentando di incendiare una stazione di servizio lì vicino, per cui Rittenhouse, insieme a un gruppo di altre persone, accorsero per difenderla, muniti di estintori.

Nei filmati disponibili online è visibile Joseph Rosenbaum che urla insulti razzisti dall’esterno della stazione di servizio. Diversi testimoni hanno inoltre affermato che Rosenbaum aveva minacciato di morte Rittenhouse e compagni.

Immediatamente dopo questo confronto (in cui la stazione di servizio fu salvata) Rittenhouse era stato tallonato da un gruppo di rivoltosi, uno dei quali aveva sparato un colpo in aria.

Poiché Joshua Ziminski è stato accusato di aver esploso un colpo di arma da fuoco subito prima che Kyle sparasse a Rosenbaum, fatto che fortunatamente è stato ripreso, si può affermare con certezza che

1) Kyle Rittenhouse non fu il primo ad aprire fuoco e che

2)   era stato seguito minacciosamente da un gruppo di violenti antifa, verosimilmente intenzionati a ferirlo o anche ad ucciderlo.

Dopo essersi celato dietro un gruppo di macchine parcheggiate, Rosenbaum riemerse e continuò la caccia a Rittenhouse, lanciandogli addosso un oggetto voluminoso e successivamente cercando di acchiaparlo mentre fuggiva. Fu a quel punto che Rittenhouse, girandosi per comprendere la direzione del colpo della pistola, viene fisicamente aggredito da Rosembaum, che cerca di strappargli il fucile. Mentre aggrappa la canna del fucile, l’arma da fuoco parte con un colpo, e Rosembaum viene colpito alla testa. Rittenhouse corre verso Rosenbaum per assicurare che ci sia una forma di pronto soccorso, poi ha cominciato a correre verso le pattuglie della polizia, che si terravano al confine della zona sotto assiedi. Mentre fuggiva, i manifestanti lo rincorsero urlando “Get his ass!”, ovvero “Prendetelo!”, poi Kyle si è inciampato e caduto.

Una volta caduto a terra, Rittenhouse fu circondato. Un individuo di nome Huber lo colpì in testa  e al collo con uno skateboard, portando Rittenhouse a sparare a lui e ad un altro manifestante, un certo Grosskreutz, nel braccio, mentre stava tentando di sparargli alla testa con una Glock.

A questo punto Rittenhouse, che aveva dimostrato grande maturità e autocontrollo, oltre a preoccupazione per tutte le persone coinvolte, corse verso la Polizia con le mani in alto.

Ora Kyle Rittenhouse sta affrontando 6 accuse: due omicidi, minaccia alla pubblica sicurezza, tentato omicidio, possesso illegale di arma da fuoco e condotta pericolosa negligente.

Le principali affermazioni dei media che ad una migliore analisi, si rivelano infondate

In primis, i media democratici sostengono che gli uomini sui quali Rittenhouse ha aperto fuoco erano tutti innocenti e incensurati. Questo è palesemente falso, poiché non solo erano coinvolti in manifestazioni in cui erano avvenuti incendi, violenze e saccheggi, ma avevano numerosi precedenti penali.

Joseph Rosenbaum era stato giudicato colpevole e incarcerato per abusi sessuali su cinque bambini, per aver violentato analmente un minore, mostrato pornografia ad un minore, compiuto sesso orale con un minore ed essersi masturbato di fronte ad un minore; ed era stato dimesso da un ospedale il giorno stesso della sparatoria per tentato suicidio.

Anthony Huber aveva strangolato e pugnalato il proprio fratello e minacciato sua nonna con un coltello.

Gaige Grosskreutz è colpevole di una sfilza di reati minori, tra cui l’uso improprio di un’arma letale, ed è membro di antifa.

Per i motivi sopra riportati, il giudice si è rifiutato di definire “vittime” gli individui a cui Rittenhouse aveva sparato.

Un’altra asserzione è quella secondo cui Kyle Rittenhouse sarebbe un “suprematista bianco”. Lo stesso Joe Biden ha usato queste parole, e molte celebrità di sinistra hanno definito Kyle un “assassino suprematista”.

La verità è che non vi è uno straccio di prova riguardo a queste accuse: “I pubblici ministeri devono ancora fornire prove del fatto che Rittenhouse avesse opinioni o associazioni estremiste prima delle sparatorie”. Per questo motivo, il giudice ha vietato all’accusa di associare Rittenhouse ai cc.dd. Proud Boys, supposizione ampiamente sostenuta dai media mainstream.

Una terza tesi senza prove, ripetuta a pappagallo anche dalla parlamentare Ayana Pressley, è quella secondo la quale Kyle Rittenhouse avrebbe illegalmente importato il fucile nello Stato: il che non è vero, poiché l’aveva ricevuto da un amico in Wisconsin. Occorre ricordarsi che il diciassettenne era a Kenosha per il suo turno da bagnino, e che quindi si trovava già in città.

Gli avvocati di Rittenhouse sostengono che Rittenhouse deteneva legalmente il fucile in forza della legge per la caccia dello Stato del Wisconsin. La legge è piuttosto ambigua ma sembra suggerire che minorenni possano possedere fucili a canna lunga: “Questa sezione si applica solo a una persona di età inferiore ai 18 anni che possiede o è armata di fucile o fucile da caccia se la persona viola l’art. 941.28 o non è conforme agli articoli   29.304 e 29.593. Questa sezione si applica solo all’adulto che cede un’arma da fuoco a una persona di età inferiore ai 18 anni se la persona di età inferiore ai 18 anni non è in regola con gli ss. 29.304 e 29.593 o ad un maggiorenne che violi l’art. 941.28.” Nel caso di Kyle Rittenhouse, che ha dimostrato abilità tecnica, autocontrollo e notevole destrezza, sembra chiaro che queste norme siano applicabili.

La quarta affermazione, forse la più grave, è quella che Rittenhouse abbia sparato agli aggressori senza essere stato provocato e non in legittima difesa: ma è sufficiente dare anche soltanto un’occhiata alle riprese video per poter confutarla, in quanto è chiaro che lo stavano braccando.

Il video illustra infatti nitidamente la seguente sequenza di avvenimenti:

– Rittenhouse spara a Rosenbaum solo dopo che gli era stato sparato un colpo da un manifestante, e mentre lo rincorreva. Deve voltarsi per determinare l’origine dello sparo, e vedendo Rosenbaum cercare di afferrare il suo fucile, gli spara.

– Rittenhause, mentre tenta di fuggire, cade.

-Huber lo colpisce con uno skateboard e tenta di strappargli via l’arma, mentre Grosskreutz è in possesso di un’arma da fuoco, ma Rittenhouse spara a questi due individui soltanto dopo essere aggredito.

 Se Rittenhouse non si fosse difeso, sarebbe quasi certamente morto. Il video mostra senza possibilità di dubbio che il giovane è stato costretto a sparare per legittima difesa personale.

La quinta affermazione è che non c’era motivo perché Rittenhouse si trovasse a Kenosha per difendere gli esercizi commerciali, la proprietà privata e pubblica e di conseguenza sé stesso. The Trial of Kyle Rittenhouse began this week, and we are concerned with ensuring that you receive the FACTS as they SHOULD be reported, not the false and distorted information to which you are exposed on CNN, MSNBC, AND Italian news outlets rehashing the biased opinions already expressed on the programs and websites of their American counterparts.

THE EVENTS OF AUGUST 25TH, 2020

In order to better comprehend that which took place in Kenosha on August 25, 2020, it is necessary to review the sequence of events preceding it, which had led to two days of violence and destruction of private property, as BLM and Antifa raged through the town causing 50 million dollars in damage: 

On Sunday, August 23, known sexual offender and spouse abuser Jacob Blake, was shot by police while lunging for a knife, as he persistently refused cooperation with them. The police had been called by Blake’s former girlfriend, as he refused to return the keys of her rental car, threatening to drive off with it and crash it, as he had done before.  Blake was not killed by the police, but the coverage of the story was the usual race-baiting which led inevitably to the spontaneous organizing of riots let by BLM and Antifa. It should be noted that the staged insurrection organized by these two radical, racist, Marxist groups bailed out by none other than Kamala Harris, caused more than six billion dollars in damages across the United States during the summer of 2020, and resulted in more than thirty brutal homicides. On Monday, Aug 24, Protestors staged a rally and march seeking the  firing of the officer who had shot Jacob Blake, which resulted in the destruction of the downtown of Kenosha.

On the 25th of August 2020, Kyle Rittenhouse, a seventeen year old lifeguard in Kenosha, remained in Kenosha to assist in the public cleanup of a local highschool. Shortly afterwards, he was interviewed, at which time he displayed his first aid medical kit, explaining that he and others would be available to assist anyone wounded. Kyle had a gun – a hunting rifle- given to him by a friend in Wisconsin, to use in defense of a local auto dealership which had been nearly destroyed the previous day, and potentially to use in self-defense, if necessary. This request on the part of the owner of the dealership is the reason for which Rittenhouse and his companions left the highschool and entered into the epicenter of the riots.

Rioters-including Joseph Rosenbaum, child rapist and abuser- near the dealership were attempting to blow up a  local gas station, at which point Rittenhouse and a group of other individuals ran to defend the gas station, carrying fire extinguishers SOURCE: YouTube, YouTube

In footage available online, Joseph Rosenbaum can be seen yelling racist epithets outside the gas station. Witnesses have also testified that Rosenbaum shouted that he would kill Rittenhouse and his companions that evening. SOURCE: Twitter  

Immediately after this confrontation (which saved the gas station) Rittenhouse was hotly pursued by rioters, and one rioter fired into the air.SOURCE: NYTimes

Joshua Ziminski was charged with firing a shot right before Kyle shot Rosenbaum, as it is fortunately recorded on video, therefore we can establish that a) Kyle Rittenhouse did not fire the first shot and b) that he was being pursued by a group of violent antifa thugs intent upon killing him. After disappearing between a group of parked cars, Rosenbaum reemerged and continued in pursuit of Rittenhouse, threw a large object at him, then lunged for his gun. Rittenhouse fired and shot him in the head. As he ran away, rioters followed him yelling “Get his ass!” right before he tripped and fell. SOURCE: NYTimes

As Rittenhouse fell to the ground, he was swarmed by rioters. One individual, by the name of Huber, beat him in the head with a skateboard, at which point Rittenhouse shot him, and then shot another individual, a certain Grosskreutz, in the bicep as he attempted to shoot Rittenhouse in the head with a Glock.

At this point Rittenhouse, who had exemplified extraordinary maturity and self- control, as well as concern for all individuals involved, ran over to the police with his hands in the air.  NYTimes

COMMON CLAIMS

The first claim on the part of the news and media is that the men shot by Rittenhouse were innocent, which is manifestly false, as they were a) taking part in riots involving arson, violence and looting of private properties and businesses and b) they had extensive criminal records. SOURCE: Snopes

Joseph Rosenbaum had been charged and imprisoned for sexually abusing five children, had been found guilty of anally raping a minor, showing pornography to a minor, had engaging in oral sex with a minor, masturbating in front of a minor, and had been released on the day of the shooting from a hospital after having attempted suicide. Anthony Huber had strangled and stabbed his brother and threatened his grandma with a knife.

Gaige Grosskreutz had a slew of misdemeanors, including misuse of a dangerous weapon. And Grosskreutz also had a gun when he attacked Rittenhouse. SOURCE: TheSun

Due to the above facts, the judge banned calling the men Rittenhouse had shot as “victims.” SOURCE: USAToday

The second claim is that Kyle Rittenhouse was a “white supremacist.” Joe Biden used Rittenhouse in a 2020 ad about white supremacy, and blue-checkmark leftists said he was a “white supremacist murderer.”SOURCES: Twitter, Twitter, Twitter

The truth of the matter is that there is no evidence of ties or affiliations to extremist groups: “Prosecutors have yet to produce evidence that Rittenhouse held extremist views or associations before the shootings.” SOURCE: NYTimes

Due to this fact, the Judge banned prosecution from linking Rittenhouse to the Proud Boys, as had been amply hypothesized by the mainstream media. SOURCE: ABC

The third claim without basis, parroted by Representative Ayana Pressley, claimed that Kyle Rittenhouse  had transported a firearm across state lines, which was not the case, as he had received the gun from a friend in Wisconsin. Rittenhouse’s attorneys argue a Wisconsin hunting law allowed him to possess the gun. The law uses ambiguous language which seems to suggest minors can have long-barreled guns: “This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.” In the case of Kyle Rittenhouse, who demonstrated technical ability, self-control and exceptional skill, it would seem obvious that these sections permitting a juvenile’s possession of a firearm would apply.SOURCE: NBC

The fourth, and perhaps most important claim, is that Rittenhouse shot the men unprovoked, which requires only a brief exposure of the video footage in order to be dispelled, as he was obviously being pursued.

The video clearly illustrates the following sequence of events: 

Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum after a shot had been fired by a rioter and while being chased.  He had turned to verify the origin of the shot, Rosenbaum lunged for his rifle, then Rittenhouse shot him. SOURCE: Arlington Cardinal

Rittenhouse, while attempting to retreat, shot the other two men AFTER HE HAD FALLEN TO THE GROUND.

If Rittenhouse HADN’T defended himself, he would, BEYOND ALL CERTAINTY, BE DEAD. The providential video illustrates beyond a shadow of a doubt that Rittenhouse was forced to shoot in self -defence.

The fifth claim is that there was no reason for Rittenhouse to be in Kenosha defending businesses, private and public property and consequently himself. This claim is disputed by the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was working as a lifeguard in Kenosha, his father lives in Kenosha, and he had recently finished his shift when he went to assist in the removal of graffiti from the local highschool. This is the direct consequence of police being recently punished and arrested for doing their duty. With regards to the claim that Rittenhouse illegally possessed the gun AND it crossed state lines, this claim is disputed by the fact that a)the gun was received by a friend in Wisconsin. SOURCE: Washington Examiner; b)

The Kenosha Guard, founded in consideration of the 2nd Amendment, which permits both the carrying of a firearm and the societal obligation to form a militia, cited Rittenhouse as a supporter. SOURCE: Sun.UK

Further claims consist in the fact that at a certain point it appears that Grosskreutz had his hands up, and that therefore Rittenhouse shouldn’t have shot. Although Grosskreutz did appear to put his hands up for a moment, he did not drop the gun, after which he again charged Rittenhouse with the gun in his hand. SOURCE: The Sun

Ursula von Der Jabs and the Creation of a Two-tiered Society of Jabbeds and Jabbed-Nots.

The sums of money involved in vaccinating the world are monumental, which is like swill to a pig when it comes to corrupt politicians, most of whom are out for all they can get these days. And as the old saying goes: “follow the money”, it is always instructive to take a look at the recent antics of the élites of our political class, as they snuffle around next to the overflowing coffers of Big Pharma’s multi-billion dollar pandemic payday.

Which brings us to Ursula von de Leyen, the immaculately coiffured president of the European Commission, who on the 1^st o December announced the need to start serious discussions about mandatory vaccines across the entire European union. Then, on the 2^nd of December, Frau Merkel, Chancellor of Germany, announced lockdowns for the unvaccinated along with a proposed mandatory vaccine program, starting in early 2022.

According to the NYT, Ursula von der Leyen was involved in the purchasing agreement for 1.8 billion Pfizer vaccines for the EU, which she partially conducted by telephone and text message with Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer. Now these vaccines cost around 14 Euro a jab, so we are talking about a contract worth 25 billion Euros, a huge sum of money to be negotiated by private text (shades of Hillary) messages, and when von der Leyen was approached by a journalist from Der Spiegel about this peculiarity which hasn’t got very far yet because text messages are not subject to the usual EU data collection, and even if they were, von der Leyen has “lost” them, apparently, or the dog ate them, or she left them on the school bus… I mean, who cares? It’s only 25 billion Euro of tax payers’ money, after all!

 This led Der Spiegel to state: “Commission president Ursula von der Leyen is once again facing uncomfortable questions about allegedly deleted text messages. An expert described the practices as “legally questionable”. Well, yes, it is! Even the European parliament is unhappy with such shady dealings and has raised a parliamentary question headed “Von der Leyen’s text messages with the CEO of Pfizer commission violation of the regulation of public access to documents”.

Bu probably von der Leyen has little fear: if the pandemic has shown us one thing alone, it is that political elites haven’t given themselves “emergency” totalitarian powers for nothing. They can now do pretty much as they please.

Von der Leyen has a certain historical form when it comes to large amounts of money and disappearing data: when she was Germany’s Defence minister between 2013 to 2019, she was involved with arms contracts with India, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, all of which routinely built large backhanders into their costing equations when dealing with Western arms dealers. So not unsurprisingly, von der Leyen managed to land herself in hot water over all sorts of financial irregularities. But when investigators confiscated her mobile phones as part of their inquiry, they found she had wiped them clean. Now German MPs rightly stated that this might have destroyed the evidence. Well, yes. That was the point. And despite the huge sums of money involved in her time as Defence Minister, she never managed to find any to fund things that might really be in need of being funded, which resulted in the German Army turning up on Nato excercises with Dad’s army broomsticks rather than Schmeizer S-60’s, and her career to date has been described as “catastrophic mismanagement and a failure to deliver”. All encompassed amidst a litany of financial irregularities. But it all worked out in the end, because evidently these dodgy attributes eminently qualified her for her new job as President of the European Commission. Although she is Germany’s least loved Minister in modern history, for Bilderberg she can do no wrong, and hence is a classic example of failing upward.

It gets worse: in December 2020, her husband Heiko von der Leyen became medical director of a firm called Orgenisis (reporting a 425% increase of revenues in the third quarter of this year), which specializes in gene and cell therapy for the medical industry. Well, well, well. Just like the first-born of Italy’s Dragon. In May, Reuters announced that Orgenesis was gearing up to produce a covid 19 vaccine, which is interesting for two reasons. Firstly, obviously is that Ursula’s hubby just happens to work there, and secondly, that covid 19 vaccines are clearly set to remain in mass production for a very long time. Now, we do not know how this will affect Ursula’s unusually close relationship with Pfizer’s CEO Alberto Bourla, considering that hubby Heiko is now very much Pfizer’s competitor in the vaccine market.

By the way, the other day Prince Albert of Pfizer suggested that any who had the temerity to question the vaccine role out were nothing less than a criminals. Which is a bit rich, considering that between the years 2000-2021, Pfizer has been fined over two billion euros for all sorts of unsavoury antics linked to bribes, lies, and other examples of criminal comportments that Big Pharma seems to engage in all of the time.

We shouldn’t be too surprised, though. The top dogs of all international drug cartels are hardly the sort of people you would entrust your daughter to. Ah, but isn’t that exactly what our Ursula would like to force us to do? It is all completely unbelievable: dodgy politicians, huge amounts of money negotiated and paid out based on unrecorded private WhatsApp messages, dodgy big pharma cartels, utterly disinterested journalists. How much money has Big Media been paid, one wonders? All leading to where we are today: compulsory vaccinations promoted by an untrustworthy EU president, with both an unusually close relationship with Prince Albert of Pfizer, and a husband in on the future financial action to boot- Where are the investigations into this? Where are the journalists? It is beyond belief that there is no interest in exposing these scheisters, these fascist crooks, charlatans and gangsters who now hold full totalitarian power over us. Who are now in control of our very lives and the lives of our children? Seriously, how can you possibly trust any of them? They are all completely untrustworthy, and that is putting it mildly. Anyone unable to see this glaring reality is suffering from some form of derangement. Remember, it seems such a short time ago that we were told 2 weeks to flatten the curve. So what is it going to be like in 2023? 2024?2025? Surely, surely you must realize by now that they have no intention of allowing this to end.

Dozens of athletes are suddenly collapsing and no one is permitted to ask why

The vaccine narrative should be collapsing as quickly as otherwise healthy vaxxed athletes, but it unfortunately is not, because of a negligent, criminal lack of investigative journalism and mainstream media transparency.

There is an extremely inconvenient truth for vaxx-nannies that is quietly surfacing across the globe: professional athletes – amongst the healthiest people on the planet – are collapsing with inexplicable and sudden heart conditions, often whilst in the middle of playing their games. The only common denominator amongst these cases is the fact that all of these individuals had been recently injected with the covid19 serum.

Unfortunately for everyone, the truth is being kept under wraps. we are not allowed to state the obvious or ask questions that could expose the reality of this great harm being caused by vaccines. Recently, stories and video documentation emerged of soccer star Adama Traore collapsing on the field while grabbing his chest. When one of the announcers began inquiring on -air about the player’s vaccine status, the broadcast was interrupted.

The facts and statistics surrounding this series of tragic events involving well over 6 dozen athletes during the month of October ALONE, have simply not been confronted by the establishment media, and no one on the various teams of the victims, no one in the hospitals where the athletes were treated or any media venue has confronted the possibility that there may be a connection between the jabs and young people developing cardiovascular pathologies. This is lack of transparency, corruption, scientific subterfuge making it impossible to reach any logical conclusions based on medical testimony, statistics and data.

Only a short time ago, an athlete collapsing on the field would have been front-page news, with investigative reporters and medical doctors striving to determine what had truly happened. These days investigative reporters have been supplanted by ( or have transformed into) vaccine propagandists, and doctors have been replaced by the paid mouthpieces of BigPharma.

The reports of athletes who have suddenly collapsed have increased exponentially, listing cardiovascular complications such as inflammation, myocarditis, strokes, hemmorages and heart attacks amongst the known life-threatening side effects of covid vaccines. 13 soccer players have collapsed and died on the field in 2021. As far back as 1889, in no other year mentioned have so many soccer players died, especially not during a game. But the mainstream media is curiously uninterested in this historical number. A few alternative online outlets like Granite Grok and Wochenblick have compiled a referenced list of the cardiac incidents during the month of October, although they are incomplete.

Below is a shockingly long list of athletes who collapsed during the month of October (2021) from cardiac and circulatory events such as strokes. Some of these incidents were fatal for the often very young athletes. The sheer numbers are alarming, especially in consideration of mandatory Covid shots.

1. Encounter between PGS E Bosico and Romeo Menti (Allerona Scalo) in Umbria/Italy on October 2, 2021, a young player from the visiting team collapses without any external influence and is transported to the hospital;
2. Martin Lefèvre (16) from FC Agneaux collapses without any previous illnesses with a stroke during the game against FC Saint-Lò Manchevon October 2,2021. He is paralyzed on one side and has no ability to speak;
3. Niels de Wolf, 27, from the Belgian football club White StarSombeke, suffered a cardiac arrest immediately after the game against Verrebroek on October 3, 2021, was rescucitated with a defibrillator, but died in hospital on October 6, 2021;
4. Arcisate, Province of Varese, Italy: The amateur match between Valceresio and Tradate (Prima Categoria, Girone A) is cancelled after 20 minutes after the referee sufferes a medical emergency. Message from October 3, 2021;
5. Timucin Sen from Germania Grosskrotzenburg will be substituted on October 3, 2021 in the game of Spvgg, Oberrad. He collapsed after ten minutes into the game and was taken to a clinic in Geinhausen;

7. On Octber 4, 2021, a person in charge of SV SW Fromern collapsed on the field before the game against Kamener SC;
8. Cleveland, Ohio, USA: Elias Abou Nassif (44) suffers cardiac arrest in the gym and is saved by a defibrillator.October 5, 2021;

Il testa a testa governatoriale in Virginia vinto dal candidato repubblicano Youngkin, ha essenzialmente  decretato il fallimento dell’obiettivo principale della fascia più progressista del Partito Democratico: ovvero quello di far accettare, senza interferenze Repubblicane, la spesa di proporzioni astronomiche del “BuildBackBetter”.

È chiaro ciò che questa vittoria comunica a tutti i governatori Democratici: che nonostante uno Stato come la Virginia abbia un elettorato tendenzialmente e storicamente Democrat, in fondo il popolo Americano valuta che le proprie famiglie, l’educazione dei propri figli e minori tasse sono valori fondamentali che precedono e in alcuni casi mettono in secondo piano temi elettorali quali il clima (peraltro impossibile da salvaguardare senza il contributo del Partito Comunista della Cine popolare, produttrice dell’80% dei gas serra, che tra l’altro non ha partecipato al Vertice G20 e ha disertato il Glasgow Summit); al di sopra dei diritti delle persone LGBTQ (le quali, in quanto esseri umani, godono degli stessi diritti individuali di un qualsiasi cittadino di un qualsiasi paese democratico; il riconoscimento di un fumoso “diritto” non contenuto nella Costituzione sarebbe l’equivalente di concedere un privilegio e un valore aggiunto; rischierebbe inoltre di diventare un precedente per tutti quei gruppi che si considerano membri di qualche ideologia vittimista per richiedere ulteriori privilegi, fondati su “diritti” non presenti in alcuna costituzione democratica); al di sopra dell’ideologia marxista del Critical Race Theory (da notare la sostituzione del vittimismo di classe dell’oppresso e dell’oppressore, con quello della razza), che demonizza il “Patriarcato Bianco” e dipinge le persone di colore come una classe sociale incapace di difendersi intellettualmente e moralmente o di assumersi la responsabilità delle proprie scelte, che di conseguenza richiedono l’intervento di uno stato-badante per la gestione delle proprie comunità (è la quintessenza del razzismo).

I genitori dello stato della Virginia hanno espresso un chiaro rifiuto di tutte queste iniziative del Partito Democratico, dalle folli spese governative al razzismo al segregazionismo del Critical Race Theory, sino all’ insegnamento di pratiche esplicitamente sessuali ai bambini.

Nonostante la presenza, nelle ultime settimane, della campagna elettorale del lamentatore professionale Barack Hussain Obama, della starnazzante Kamala Harris, del tremulo e confuso Joe Biden e dell’universalmente sgradita Randi Weingarten (presidente dell’Unione nazionale degli insegnanti), gli abitanti della Virginia hanno dimostrato “tolleranza zero” nei confronti della menzogna, dei luoghi comuni e di certi comportamenti criminali, probabilmente per via anche della incredibile vicenda di Loudoun County, portata alla luce dal nuovo reporter del Daily Wire, Luke Rosiak: recatosi in Virginia a cercare quali erano le ragioni della richiesta da parte dell’Unione Nazionale del Consiglio Scolastico che l’FBI e il DOJ investigassero, in quanto “terroristi domestici”, i genitori di questa contea che avevano osato di manifestare il loro malcontento ai rappresentanti del locale Consiglio scolastico.

Alla fine si è scoperto che il padre, giustamente infuriato, che era stato demonizzato dai media, si era lamentato con il Consiglio perché sua figlia era stata stuprata in un bagno scolastico da un ragazzo bisessuale, il quale era entrato nel bagno femminile indossando una gonna. Nonostante fosse stato allontanato forzatamente dalla scuola per mano della polizia, il padre della vittima ha continuato a lottare, accettando di essere intervistato dal Daily Wire e infondendo coraggio a molti altri genitori, ispirandoli a dire la loro.

Il confronto pubblico tra il padre della vittima e i rappresentanti scolastici era stato provocato da una dichiarazione ufficiale durante l’assemblea del sovrintendente Ziegler, secondo la quale non vi erano stati casi di molestie sessuali nei bagni delle ragazze dopo l’implemento dei regolamenti per studenti transgender, nonostante il Daily Wire possieda mail di membri del consiglio scolastico nei quali era stato affrontato proprio l’argomento di quella violenza.

Nel frattempo, il perpetratore di questo stupro è stato trasferito, nel silenzio più totale, ad un’altra scuola, dove ha intrappolato e tentato di violentare un’altra ragazza, ed è stato ritenuto dal Giudice penale colpevole di tutte le accuse. Sempre nel totale silenzio: evidentemente perché questo caso illustra la logica tesi per cui l’apertura dei bagni femminili ai transgender apre ai predatori sessuali la possibilità di invadere gli spazi riservati a donne e ragazze, approfittando di un sistema legislativo che promuove un concetto di compassione contorto e sbagliato. Dov’è allora la compassione nei confronti delle ragazze vittime di violenze sessuali perpetrati dai presunti trans? Dov’è la compassione per le donne nelle prigioni della California, stuprate e messe incinte da detenuti maschi che sostengono di essere transgender? Dov’è la compassione per le giovani atlete costrette a gareggiare contro un maschio, o addirittura a combatterlo nelle gare di pugilato e arti marziali? Cos’è successo al movimento del “#Me Too”?

Investigazioni più dettagliate riguardo al caso hanno svelato che la contea di Loudoun evitava da diversi anni di denunciare molestie sessuali avvenute in contesti scolastici, nonostante una legge che obbliga le scuole a produrre resoconti pubblici in caso di simili avvenimenti, e contiene provvedimenti i quali ritengono i sovrintendenti responsabili di qualsiasi violazione (il 22 giugno 2021 Scott Ziegler aveva affermato che “per quanto ne sapeva lui, non vi erano stati casi di violenze avvenute nei bagni”).

Poiché l’infrastruttura Democratica è radicatissima nella politica dei sindacati degli insegnanti, e l’ex governatore McAuliffe è stato uno sfegatato sostenitore del sindacato della Virginia (il quale ha ricambiato appoggiando la sua campagna governatoriale), la sua irremovibile asserzione che “i genitori non debbano avere alcun diritto di decisione riguardo a cosa impareranno i loro figli”, nonostante vi siano prove che gli alunni vengano indottrinati con teorie marxiste ed esposti a pornografia, il suo rifiuto di esporsi sulle circostanze nel Loudoun County e di ritenere responsabili i membri dello staff scolastico che hanno mentito deliberatamente e celato informazioni riguardo a stupri in contesti scolastici, la sua orribile gestione della situazione legata al Covid e la sua riluttanza a far tornare in presenza gli studenti, sono stati i fattori determinanti che hanno portato alla sua sconfitta.

Tutti i governatori Democratici farebbero bene a prestare attenzione a questo segnale dei cittadini della Virginia al governo: se continuerete a seguire questa linea radicale, particolarmente nel caso abbia conseguenze sui nostri figli, perderete il nostro appoggio.

The Virginia gubernatorial race was won by the Republican candidate Youngkin, essentially signifying the death of the main objective of the most progressive wing of the Democratic Party  to push through the “BuildBackBetter” spending bill of astronomical proportions without Republican support. The message which this victory communicates to all Dem. governors is clear: despite the fact that a state like Virginia is a historically Democrat-leaning electorate, in the end the American people value their families, their children’s educations, and lower taxes above climate (which does not need to be saved, if not from the CCP, emitter of 80% of green house emissions, notable in its absence at the G20 Summit and deserter of the  Glascow Summit), LGBTQ  rights (they are humans, and therefore enjoy all of the same individual human rights of every individual residing in a democratically governed country; any recognition of some  vague ‘right’ not written in the constitution would be tantamount to providing an extra privilege; it would also risk becoming a precedent for all groups who perceive themselves as members of some victim ideology to demand superior privilege based upon ‘rights’ which are not explicitly laid out in any democratic constitution), the Marxist ideology of Critical Race Theory (note the substitution of the traditional antagonism of class by that of race), which demonizes the “White Patriarchy” and portrays blacks as a social group incapable of defending itself intellectually or morally, or taking responsibility for its historically poor choices, therefore requiring permanent governmental interference by a nanny state in the management of its own communities. It is the quintessential essence of racism.

Virginia parents said no to all of these Democratic Party initiatives, from massive government spending, to the divisiveness and racism of CRT, to the teaching of explicit sexual practices to young children.

Despite the presence over the final weeks of the electoral campaign of none other than Barack Hussain Obama, cackling Kamala Harris, a doddering and confused Joe Biden and the ubiquitous Randi Weingarten, (national teacher’ union president), Virginians were demonstating 0% tolerance for lies, platitudes and downright criminal behaviour, probably due  – at least in part – to the breaking of the Loudoun county story, unearthed by the new freelance reporter of the Daily Wire, Luke Rosiak , who travelled to Virginia to research the basis for the National School Board Union’s requests that the FBI and DOJ investigate  as “domestic terrorists” the outspoken parental body of this particular county, guilty of communicating their discontent to school board officials and excercising their constitutional rights.

It turns out that the justifiably furious father who was made the “face of national terror” was in fact confronting school officials because his daughter was raped in a school bathroom by a boy who claims to be bisexual, and on the day of the rape, entered the girl’s bathroom wearing a skirt. Despite his being forcibly removed from school premises by the police, the victim’s father continued to speak our vocally, accepting an interview with the DW journalist, whilst inspiring numerous other parents to speak out valorously.

The public confrontation between the father of the victim and the school representatives was provoked by the official statement made at that very meeting by superintendant Zeigler, that there had been no cases of sexual assault in girls’ bathrooms after the implementation of rules for trans-gender students, although the Daily Wire has received access to the content of schoolboard members’ emails discussing this very assault.

In the meantime, the perpetrator of this crime was quietly moved to another school, where he entrapped and attempted to rape another girl, and has been found guilty on all charges. Quietly, evidently because the case of these assaults clearly illustrates the logical argument that allowing transgenders to use the girls’ bathroom opens up to the possibility of sexual predators invading womens’ protected spaces, taking advantage of a legal system which promotes a misguided, contorted notion of compassion. (Compassion, but not for the girls who have been raped, not for Californian female inmates of prisons who have been raped and impregnated by male criminals claiming to be transgender? it is evident that the ME TOO movement was none other than a ploy to maintain the status quo on questions regarding abortion, but it certainly does not care about protecting women.)

Deeper investigation of this particular case led to the discovery that Loudoun County has been failing to report cases of sexual assault in its school district dating back several years, despite a law which obliges the schoolboard to provide public accounts of any such incidents, and contains provisions which hold school superintendants liable for any violation ( On June 22^nd, 2021, superintendant Scott Ziegler stated “ To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our bathrooms.”)

Because the Democratic infrastructure in Virginia is so embedded in teachers’ union politics, and former governor McAuliffe has been a staunch supporter of the Virginia union (which reciprocated its support by canvasing for the incumbent governor), his adamant claim that “I don’t think that parents have any right to decide what their children will learn, or what books we put on library shelves” despite the evidence that children were being indoctrinated with Marxist theories and exposed to pornography, his refusal to address the circumstances in Loudoun County and hold accountable the members of the schoolboard responsible for deliberately lying and hiding information regarding sexual assaults on school premises, his terrible management of covid and lack of insistence that children return to school, were the ultimate factors leading to his defeat.

All Democrat governors would do well to heed the message of Virginians to the government: if you continue along these radical lines, especially when it involves our children, you will lose our support.
